MEDIATIZATION OF THE YOUTH

Internet contribute a lot in the world of Media, in the since that Internet become a channel that gives every people around the world source of connection. Through Internet a bigger world become smaller and narrower. Although Internet is a useful thing however, especially today’s generation Internet as channel in the world of media had been abuse in the since that it being used in improper way. Internet contribute a lot for us to become updated with many things, informed us with many information by just split of second.

Internet becomes a tool in media because when we say media it is a channel; through this medium the message is transmitted. A perspective, ideology, life style “a way of life. There is a form of media. The print form, broadcast and electronic media are the example. In-group forms the folk/traditional media and traditional media. Internet, which belong to the broadcast electronic or print form. Media is just a part of communication process that says what is channel to whom and with what effect. And we know that Internet is the most popular way in out generation now to communicate in other country. Infarct Internet is just one example of our medium now as our way of life.

Technology of today is powerful in transporting message. Base on some experiences, when we say celebration we need to invite people. Example, in birthday celebration and the celebrant was so far or out of country. In our modern world now, we don’t need to worry about it you just simply send her/him your greetings for a second only. But the worst is when we adapt the way of being high-tech and the behavior can be affected of being high-tech which is not good. As I observed being the youth for today I feel bad for those who are making them selves addict of Internet then future will be affected.

As the movie presented, the painter draw on his canvas these unfortunate children together with our Lord Jesus Christ instead of the typical the last supper. With this scenario, the painting “HAPAG NG PAG-ASA” show us something very significant thing. We may look at them with pity since they are luck of those material things, food and etc. but actually there not because God is always with them. This movie makes me realized how fortunate I am because I am provided with those basic needs with my parents. However the touching part there is that I realize that though they are that poor there used of it already but, actually I am the who use of there situation and never do something about it.

The movie touches me, because I clearly see how difficult of our own brothers and how lucky I am. More so the movie is very inspiring and help me realized that I should be aware of the needs of my fellow man and help them those little as long as I can, to give them hope that life is still beautiful despite of such situation.
